No refunds/exchanges: we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at 97666057 with details of the product and the defect. You will be entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. 

Ruff Goods has the right to deny a refund or exchange if the item being returned does not meet our returns policy requirements.
